The CAE is seeking to provide $500.00 Will Rogers Scholarship awards to students with disabilities that demonstrate strong leadership, dedication or involvement in organizations, activities, academic research, or issues that promote awareness and acceptance for the disability community.
The CAE wants to collaborate with you in amplifying your academic work, research, and/or activism by having you create a single video or a mini-series to be posted on our social media platforms, host a live IG session, create, and host a workshop or training, establish a program, or host an art exhibition, on the topic aligned with your expertise and of your choice to promote inclusivity more widely for the disability community.
If you are interested in applying, please complete the CAE Bruin Generated Content form and submit your proposal for the topic area you wish to be considered for. Finalists chosen for the award will create content in their chosen topic that is to also be featured on CAE’s social media platforms and website. The finalists will work closely with the CAE’s Associate Director to establish the timeline for the project, its format, and final approval. The scholarship opportunity is open to undergraduate, graduate, and professional school students.
