UCLA Semel Institute PEERS Clinic

The UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is home to programs, research, and clinical services that support neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. Among these resources is the UCLA PEERS® Clinic, which offers evidence-based programs designed to help people who experience social challenges develop skills for building relationships, navigating social situations, and pursuing personal and professional goals. Originally developed at UCLA by Dr. Elizabeth Laugeson, PEERS (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) has been studied extensively and is now used worldwide. Its programs may be relevant to individuals with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety, and other social or behavioral differences.

Two specific recommended offerings are shared below, but students are encouraged to review the full catalog of programs and support offered by the PEERS Clinic on their website.
