RISE Center

Group of 13 UCLA students and staff pose outdoors beneath a blue “RISE Center at UCLA” canopy. Several wear blue “Hope Connects Us” T-shirts, while others wear casual clothing. Trees, grass, and campus buildings are visible in the background

The RISE Center's core mission is to uplift and support every Bruin’s well-being by providing the education, resources, and tools needed to be well, belong, and become. RISE has been a key campus partner in supporting neurodivergent student well-being and success through a variety of different programs:

  • Workshops to support mental health well-being and resilience, including on mindfulness practices and self-care strategies
  • One-on-one health and wellness consultations
  • Offering quiet, reflective reduced-distraction space that supports sensory-related needs

The RISE Center is located on the lower level of LuValle Commons, with a satellite location in Rieber Hall open for limited hours. Students interested in RISE’s resources should consult their website for hours of operation and current workshops and programs, or reach out to the office at rise@caps.ucla.edu.
