Assistive Technology

Assistive Technology Specialist, Tony Ferrari, can provide individual one-on-one consultations to students seeking the support of assistive technology, including tools provided by CAE or alternatives that are no cost to the student or that the student has an option to purchase.

To request a consultation, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your myCAE Student Portal.
  2. Select My Appointments and then Request an Appointment.
  3. Complete the appointment request form, being sure to select the Assistive Technology Consultation option under the Appointment Purposes box.
  4. Submit the request and CAE's AT Specialist will reach out to arrange the consultation or provide further guidance.

Technology Provided by CAE

CAE has invested in a few tools that we know can support students as they manage their disability-related learning needs. These tools are provided at no cost to students who qualify. Please email caetechnology@saonet.ucla.edu for more information.
