The UCLA Center for Accessible Education (CAE) is dedicated to providing students with disabilities equitable access and full participation in university housing. We partner closely with UCLA Residential Life and other campus resources to evaluate each housing accommodation request carefully, compassionately, and confidentially.

Our team evaluates each accommodation on a case-by-case basis, in alignment with state and federal guidelines, including the Fair Housing Act (FHA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Explore the sections on the left for detailed guidance on the housing accommodation request process, documentation guidelines, key deadlines, and more.
